Futuristic Exhibition Center Marrying Digital Media & Sustainability Posted: 22 Aug 2011 08:06 AM PDT ART+COM (a group of designers specializing in designing spaces with new media) has broken down the abstract concept of sustainability for the average person with a tangible digital media exhibition located at Autostadt, Volkswagen’s communications platform in Wolfsburg, Denmark. As a visitor navigates the “Level Green: The Concept of Sustainability” exhibit, they can learn about climate change and its consequences, the importance of sustainability to the planet’s economic and social health, and Volkswagen’s specific approach to the concept. J. Mayer H. designed the center with its 25 media exhibits, all which allow visitors to actively engage in learning not only about the concept, but how they can practice it themselves and implement it into their own lives. Data sculptures enable visitors to visualize and compare the facts and figures more easily. Interactive media walls explain important themes and encourage interaction with playful access to data via touching. The installations even foster a personal connection to the issue by prompting visitors to reflect on their own lifestyles. We think these images provide good fodder for futuristic style enthusiasts. Swanwick Ranch: An Oceanfront Estate in Canada Posted: 19 Aug 2011 08:08 AM PDT A contemporary, ocean side retreat situated on 68 acres of land with over 1,400 feet of oceanfront surrounding it, the Swanwick Ranch House in Metchosin, British Columbia seems to justify its pitch as the “…kind of property that doesn’t exist in many places on Earth”. Designed by Marko Simcic, the architecture, design, and technology behind the Swanwick House are state of the art. Yet, the house flows well with the natural landscape, respectful and mindful of its beautiful surroundings. The house offers some fantastic views and the Canyon River, which not only surrounds the land around the home, but also serves as the hydrothermal radiant energy that provides cooling and heating to the residence. The layout is open and fluid, interconnecting various rooms and fostering interaction between people even at great distances. The property is currently listed at Sotheby’s for $17.5M. |
Fascinating Opera Houses Interiors Photographed by David Leventi Posted: 18 Aug 2011 09:16 AM PDT Opera houses must be designed on a dramatic and grand scale. They are in fact, meant to hold and carry out the giant, booming voices of performers to the audience. If you’ve ever been to an opera, you have known the feeling of being overwhelmed – overwhelmed by the expansive architecture, the illustrious and sumptuous design, and the titanic voices radiating from the stage. It is difficult not to be inspired. That is the effect these opera houses had on photographer David Leventi, whose collection of snapshots capture the grandeur of it all. Perhaps the color palettes, gold-gilded ceilings and ostentatious balconettes, may inspire our audience as well, but with design. Perhaps the rich reds may spark off some ideas at home? I've been researching natural supplements for energy, focus, and better metabolism — and that’s how I came across Mitolyn. After reading the blog, I must say this product sounds genuinely promising. The way it’s formulated to support cellular health and mitochondrial function sets it apart from other general wellness supplements.
ReplyDeleteOne thing I appreciate is the emphasis on natural ingredients. In a world filled with synthetic quick fixes, Mitolyn’s approach to using scientifically backed natural components like CoQ10, Acetyl-L-Carnitine, and PQQ feels refreshing and reliable. The fact that it supports energy production at the cellular level makes a big difference, especially for people dealing with fatigue, brain fog, or sluggish metabolism.
I also liked how the blog clearly explained how Mitolyn works and who can benefit from it. Often, supplement articles are full of hype without facts — but this one was detailed and transparent. The added section on how it compares with other energy supplements really helped clear up any confusion I had.
Though I haven’t tried Mitolyn yet, I’m seriously considering it now — especially after learning how it can support both mental clarity and physical energy. If it lives up to what the post claims, it might be the daily boost many of us need, especially in fast-paced lifestyles.
If you're someone struggling with low energy or cognitive fatigue, I highly recommend giving Mitolyn a try. Click the link below to learn more or place your order:
